Malone Condos offers our residents services to make their living experience more enjoyable. On this page our current residents can actually submit their service requests, which will immediately be sent to the owner/property manager in charge's phone.

 

Maintenance Requests (residents - this is where you submit your service orders)

We respond to our residents in a timely manner for emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests. Emergency requests we respond to 24/7. Nonemergency requests are taken care of during our normal business hours for maintenance, 9am to 6pm Monday through Sunday.

Pest Control

Performed once a month.

Filter Change

Performed once a month.

Lock Outs

24/7 assistance when resident is locked out of their condo.

Building/Grounds Upkeep

Upkeep to the building and grounds is performed everyday.
